Harry Dalessio is a PSN Board Member representing Vanguard,
where he serves as Head of Strategy, Client Offer, Product & Enablement, Vanguard Workplace Solutions. At Vanguard, Harry shapes strategy, client offer and
product to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional client outcomes. Harry
previously served as Empower’s Chief Growth Officer, and earlier in his career he
held multiple senior leadership roles including head of retirement plan
services and head of U.S. sales and strategic relationships. Harry earned
a B.A. in Economics from Providence College and an M.B.A. from Fordham
University in Finance, and holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
