Greg leads Alight’s public policy efforts related to defined contribution plans. Previously, Greg spent a decade as the Executive Director of the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) and the Managing Fiduciary of the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP). Prior to working for the Federal government, Greg spent seven years with State Street Bank helping to run the multiple-employer plan sponsored by the American Bar Association. Before State Street, Greg spent six years with Putnam Investments where he served as a Regional 401(k) Director.
