Gene Rubenstein is a PSN Board member and leads Fidelity’s Workplace Platforms & Digital Solutions. Previously at Fidelity, Gene was Head of HR Shared Services, Compensation and Benefits. At Fidelity, Gene also led the Strategy and Planning function for Workplace Investing (WI) supporting the 401(k), pension, H&W and Stock Plan Services business and was SVP, Workplace Investing Shared Services, where he led its global shared services organization.
